QUANTUM SQUAD would like to make the delivery to you quickly, we can not have full control over deliveries and therefore there might be some time where delays occur. We will try our best to accommodate the deliveries with our delivery partners. The tracking information will be made available to you as soon as it is made available to us. The approximate delivery time will be mentioned on the product details page.
PROCESSING TIME VS SHIPPING TIME
Please note that time (4-6 business days) is different from shipping time and should be added to the total delivery time. Orders generally take 2-3 business days to be fully processed (checked, packed, forwarded to logistics and sent forth to the courier).
After your order has been processed, our shipping company will pick up your package for further delivery. An email with your online tracking information will be available on our website.
CANCELING AN ORDER
Once an order is placed, we will not be able to cancel it after 60 minutes as your order might have already been processed.
Please do drop us an email at contact@quantumsq.com as soon as possible if you’d like to cancel an order that you have just made.
UNCLAIMED ORDERS
We are not responsible for any packages returned to us as refused, unclaimed, deliverable, or because of incorrect or insufficient address.
If you notice an incorrect or insufficient address when receiving the confirmation email, email us back as soon as possible at contact@quantumsq.com as a reply to your order confirmation email with the updated details.
Once we process the order, it is unlikely that we could change the address, therefore, please ensure that the address is correct along with pin code and a landmark.

SEPARATE PACKAGES
In some instances, an order may be split into different packages for any of the following reasons:
– Certain items may be on backorder
– Weight restrictions for regular shipping imposed by the post office
– Different designers/warehouse location (we work from multiple warehouses to bring you the best selections at affordable prices)

Due to high volume in sales during the festivities time, we thrive to still accommodate the amount of orders without impacting the delivery times, however, there might circumstances where we can not control the delivery time.
